Deleting your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and access to the service. This action cannot be undone.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account and profile information will be immediately removed from our active systems.
- Groups where you are the only administrator will be deleted.
- You will leave any other groups you are a member of.
- Your login credentials and access tokens will be invalidated.
Backups
For operational reliability, encrypted backups may temporarily contain copies of data that previously included your account information. These backups are automatically overwritten on a rolling schedule and are typically retained for up to 30 days.
Content you may have shared
Messages, images, or other content you posted to groups may remain visible to other members of those groups. If you have included personally identifiable information in such content and would like it removed, please contact support:
